Payments
Payment shall be received by AJ Halliday Ltd within 5 days of the date of invoice without any deduction.
Cash/card and bank transfers are the only accepted methods of payment.
• Payment is to be made in GBP (Pound Sterling).
• Payment must be made by cash/card payment or bank transfer.
• Goods will not be released until all funds are cleared.
• On payment of the full invoice amount, the buyer will receive a release notification.
• Accounts must be settled before collection and in any event within 5 working days of the date of invoice.

Before collecting goods, the buyer must arrange a collection date prior with an employer at AJ Halliday Ltd at the storage location.
Assistance may be given for loading at the buyers' risk. Packaging request for goods or lots will incur an additional charge for materials and labor.
The buyer shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by himself or his agents arising out of or In any way in connection with the performance of his contractual obligations (especially during pickup of the goods). Read Terms of Use section Liability).
Health and Safety (On-site)

The Buyer and the Visitor shall be responsible for adherence, to health and safety, licensing and environmental protection requirements as well as for applying for operating permits.
Most common hazards are but not limited to; slip and falls, fire risk, heavy machinery, heavy objects, electrical risks, hazardous chemicals, dust, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, moving vehicles and trucks
• Buyers and Visitor(s) shall not enter the workshop(s) and office(s) without guidance and safety equipment.
Retention of Title
The title of the goods transfers to the buyer once the payment of the purchase price has been made and hand over of the goods has been completed.
Default In Payment, Failure to Remove Goods
If Buyer fails to pay the full amount of the purchase price in due time, AJ Halliday Ltd shall be entitled to charge default interest at 2% above the current Longer Term Refinancing Rate of the European Central Bank, but not less than 8% and to retain all performance ensued from all purchase agreements concluded with the buyer.
If the Buyer fails to remove the goods in due time, AJ Halliday Ltd shall be entitled to charge default fees In the number of storage fees usually charged by freight forwarders and for to have the goods removed and to store elsewhere on account at risk of the buyer. AJ Halliday Ltd shall also be entitled to refuse the acceptance of buyers' further performance. To sell or dispose of the goods over the counter and to charge the buyer with all costs and damages incurred.

Goods and services are on "AS IS" basis, excluding any warranty claims. AJ Halliday Ltd gives no guarantee as to description, quantity, and quality, condition, suitability for use and licensing, undamaged history or the non-existence of apparent or hidden defects. Remarks regarding the description, condition and assortment of the goods as well as indication of quantities in “en-bloc” lots are non-binding. Information, statements, and promises are without obligation unless confirmed by AJ Halliday Ltd in writing.
